「さんぽのたね」(以下「本アプリ」)は、散歩先を提案するiOSアプリです。開発者はサーバーを運用しておらず、利用者のデータを収集・送信・保存することはありません。
本アプリは、現在地周辺の散歩スポットを検索するためにのみ位置情報を使用します。位置情報は端末上で Apple の地図サービス(MapKit)への検索リクエストに使われるだけで、開発者が取得・保存・第三者提供することはありません。位置情報の利用はいつでも iOS の「設定」から無効にできます。
本アプリは、所要時間と歩数の予測精度を高めるために、ヘルスケアから歩幅と歩行速度の平均値を読み取りのみ行います。読み取った値は端末のメモリ上でのみ使用され、保存・送信されることはありません。ヘルスケアデータを広告やマーケティングに使用することはなく、第三者に提供することもありません。アクセス許可はいつでも「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > ヘルスケア」から取り消せます。
検索条件(距離・歩数・カテゴリなど)と初回説明の表示済みフラグを、端末内(UserDefaults)にのみ保存します。これらが端末外に送信されることはありません。
本アプリは広告 SDK・解析ツール・トラッキングを一切使用していません。地図検索と経路計算には Apple の MapKit を使用します(Apple のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます)。

Sanpo no Tane ("the App") is an iOS app that suggests nearby walking destinations. The developer operates no servers and does not collect, transmit, or store any user data.
The App uses your location only to search for walking spots around you. Location data is used on-device solely for search requests to Apple's Maps service (MapKit). The developer never receives, stores, or shares your location. You can disable location access at any time in iOS Settings.
To improve the accuracy of estimated walking time and step counts, the App reads only your average walking step length and walking speed from HealthKit. These values are used in memory on your device only and are never stored or transmitted. Health data is never used for advertising or marketing, and is never shared with third parties. You can revoke access at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Health.
Search preferences (distance, steps, category, etc.) and a first-launch flag are stored only on your device (UserDefaults). They never leave your device.
The App contains no advertising SDKs, analytics, or tracking. Map search and routing use Apple's MapKit, which is subject to Apple's privacy policy.
